I think it kind of makes sense that S. Korea would have better internet than the US...once you consider that S. Korea is, I think, about the size of Illinois. So, with a smaller country, the infrastructure can be tighter. The U.S. is huge. Korea is the size of a smaller state, but is ranked 15 when it comes to GDP, and 12th when it comes to purchasing power. They have the money to pump into fibre-optics and stuff like that.

so im at my parents house right now and they have FiOS... as far as i knew they had the basic internet plan which was 5/2
